Outpatient Program (OP)

Outpatient therapy gives you steady, professional support while you keep up with work, school, and family. It's a good place to start, and a good place to keep going after more intensive care.

OP may be a good fit if you:

  • Are noticing problems with drinking, drug use, mood, or anxiety and want help early
  • Are managing day to day but want regular support and accountability
  • Have finished a higher level of care and want to protect your progress
  • Want treatment that fits around your job or classes

What it includes

Every client starts with a free assessment and recommendations. From there you'll meet with your therapist for individual sessions, join group counseling each week, and have monthly check-ins to review your plan. Life skills workshops with a Peer Recovery Specialist are available too.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

IOP gives you steady, structured treatment several days a week while you keep up with your job, classes, or family at home.

IOP may be a good fit if you:

  • Need more than a weekly appointment but can manage day to day
  • Are stepping down from a hospital, detox, or residential stay
  • Have had a recent setback and want to get back on track
  • Want to keep working or going to school during treatment

What it involves

Most of IOP happens in small groups three times a week, with individual therapy alongside. Groups use proven approaches like the Matrix Model, Living in Balance, CPT, and DBT skills. You'll practice skills in real life between sessions and talk through what worked. As you get stronger, you can step down to outpatient care with the same team.

Peer Support Services (PSS)

Sometimes the most helpful person is someone who has been there. Our Peer Recovery Specialists have their own lived experience with recovery, and they're trained to help you build yours.

What peer support looks like

  • One-on-one sessions with a Peer Recovery Specialist
  • Support groups and mindfulness sessions
  • Life skills workshops: budgeting, routines, job readiness, and more
  • Help finding recovery housing through our sober living homes
  • Connection to community resources, benefits, and other services

Who it's for

Peer support works on its own or alongside therapy. It helps people early in recovery, people coming home from treatment, and anyone who wants encouragement from someone who understands. Peer sessions can be combined with sessions with your therapist to meet your needs.
