  3. Benefits check

We contact your insurance and explain what's covered before you commit.

  4. Begin

We set your start date and tell you what to expect on day one.

Insurance

We'll check your coverage for you.

Most health plans cover outpatient behavioral health treatment. Our team will check your specific benefits and explain any costs up front.

What we'll check for you

  • Whether your plan covers outpatient, IOP, and peer support
  • Your copay, coinsurance, and deductible
  • Whether your plan needs prior authorization
  • Coverage through Indiana Medicaid, TRICARE, or VA Community Care

Don't see your plan? Call us anyway. We can often help.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a referral?

No. You can call us yourself. If your doctor, therapist, or a hospital wants to refer you, we'll coordinate with them too.

Can I keep working during treatment?

Usually, yes. Outpatient therapy, IOP, and peer support are scheduled around work and school, and many people in IOP keep working. When our PHP program opens, it will take up most of the day; we can provide documentation for FMLA or short-term disability.

Where will I stay?

All of our programs are outpatient, so you live at home. If home isn't a stable place for recovery right now, ask us about sober living.

Is treatment confidential?

Yes. Your information is protected by federal privacy laws, including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2. We don't share anything without your written consent, except where the law requires it.

Can my family be involved?

Yes, with your permission. Family sessions are part of treatment, and we encourage loved ones to take part.

I'm calling about someone else. Can you help?

Yes. Many of our calls come from worried family members. We'll talk through options and how to start the conversation.

When will PHP open?

Our partial hospitalization program is coming soon. Request a call back and tell us you're interested, and we'll let you know as soon as it opens. In the meantime, our intensive outpatient program offers structured care several days a week.
